Join Phoenix Ries, RYT-500, Reiki Master, and healer for a spacious, magical yoga retreat in beautiful Baja, Mexico. This retreat is all about creating the space we need to quiet down and listen to our inner voice so that we can tend to our own renewal and revitalization. Our days will include daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices, reflection prompts, 3 beautiful healthy meals, and plenty of opportunity to walk the beach, sit by the pool and relax. Other offerings during the week: kirtan, sound bath, nidra and optional off site trips into nearby towns. This retreat is located at yandararetreats.com one of the most healing places Phoenix has ever experienced! There will be ample time to schedule on site healing treatments (for an additional charge) to allow for complete relaxation and restoration.

Join Phoenix Ries and Kirstin Anglea for a transformational Yoga and /Circle of TrustⓇ retreat that will light you up from the inside and guide you to balance and alignment.
It is a natural part of life to move in and out of balance, shifting with the seasons and the tides. Returning to a state of alignment requires intention and effort; utilizing our inner resources to recalibrate and steady ourselves. At our 5th annual Living in Alignment retreat we will explore, through yoga and Circle of TrustⓇ practices, what it means to move with life’s ebbs and flow with courage and grace.
This 6 night/7 day retreat near beautiful Todos Santos, Mexico at the Yandara Retreat Center will provide us with the perfect setting for reflection, soulful connections, and joyful exploration as we are reawakened to “right” alignment.
