Join Phoenix Ries, RYT-500, Reiki Master, and healer for a spacious, magical yoga retreat in beautiful Baja, Mexico. This retreat is all about creating the space we need to quiet down and listen to our inner voice so that we can tend to our own renewal and revitalization. Our days will include daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices, reflection prompts, 3 beautiful healthy meals, and plenty of opportunity to walk the beach, sit by the pool and relax. Other offerings during the week: kirtan, sound bath, nidra and optional off site trips into nearby towns. There will be ample time to schedule on site healing treatments (for an additional charge) to allow for complete relaxation and restoration.
